Abstract

1279188 Three positioned joint for tubes N P SCARSBROOK 2 Oct 1970 [27 June 1970] 31272/70 Heading E2F The joint comprises a rod 14 fitted into each tube 12, a tension spring within each tube pulling the rod into the tube, and a strap 19 pivoted at its ends to the rods, and of sufficient length to bridge the bore of the tubes when at right angles thereto. The joint may be used in an angler's landing net and may be set at 180‹, 90‹ (as shown) or the two tubes may be folded back on themselves.
