The edges may be rods and may be connected (a) as shown to a rectangular frame 2 having strengthening rods 3 and supports 4 and straps 5 for a person to ride in the device; (b) by a single rod; or (c) by flexible members having sheets of material enabling the device to be blown by the wind. The device may be covered in fabric or constructed in solid form and may be small enough to be rolled by hand.
