Abstract
1277357 Shampoo COLGATE-PALM. OLIVE CO 13 April 1970 [14 April 1969] 17449/70 Heading C5D A shampoo comprises (a) .an amphoteric or non-ionic detergent and (b) a partially C 8-22 alkylated polyethylene imine. Amphoteric detergents specified include 3-(cocoyl dimethylammonium)-propane sulphonate. Non-ionic detergents specified include: lauryl dimethylamine oxide, cetyl dimethylamine oxide, 1- (carboxypropyl oxyethyl)-2-lauryl-2-imidazoline, lauric diethanolamide, myristic diethanolamide, stearic ethanolamide and the N<SP>1</SP>-tallow amide of N,N-dimethyl propylene diamine-N- oxide. Polyethylene imines specified include octadecylated polyethylene imine. The composition may also include citric acid and triethanolamine as pH adjusters, perfumes, colorants, and stabilizers.
