Abstract

1275965 Cabinets with heated shelves; display cabinets TASTE MASTER Inc 15 Oct 1969 [9 Dec 1968] 50597/69 Headings A4H and A4T A cabinet 10 has a plurality of shelves 38 sloping downwardly and outwardly from an upwardly and outwardly sloping rear wall 26 thereof, each shelf 38 comprising a top panel 40 and a bottom panel 42 rivetted to wall 26 and a radiant heater 64 to warm cooked food products displayed on the shelf. Each shelf has a rack 54 comprising side bars 56 inter-connected by transverse rods 58, bars 56 having tabs 60 removably inserted in apertures 62 in panel 40. The cabinet includes an oven 16 provided with sliding glass doors 30 and a control panel 20 mounting thermostats, separated from the display section 14 by a wall 28 which may also include a heater and a removable rack 74. Each shelf 38 and wall 28 may include two heaters. The cabinet also includes lights 80 and transparent side panels 32.
