Novel compounds I (including salts and hydrates thereof) where m is 2 or 3, R 1 is C 1-12 alkyl, C 3-5 alkenyl, optionally alkyl-substituted-cycloalkyl or -cycloalkenyl having at most 7C or phenylalkyl of at most 9C, R 2 is H, Me or Et and R 3 is H or Me, are made by hydrolysing the corresponding acetamido compounds or by reacting appropriate p-aminoalkyl-benzenesulphonamides with N-(2- haloalkyl)cyanamides.
