Abstract
126,507. McKenna, T., (Industrial Poured Concrete House Co.). June 5, 1918. Casting in situ.-A mould for casting a house of several storeys in a single pour is constituted by a single outer casing 10 having the whole height of the walls and inner cells A, B, C determining the rooms. Each cell is closed at the top but devoid of bottom and is supported on the one below it by spacers 50, Fig. 4, leaving passage for the concrete to flow horizontallv and form the floors e. The casing and cells are built up of flanged metal plates which are clamped together by studs and cotters, and they are stiffened by cross-bars 22 and tierods 28.
