Abstract

1,258,738. Xerographic development. XEROX CORP. June 30, 1970 [July 3, 1969], No.31610/70. Heading G2H. A latent electrostatic image on a xerographic drum 10 is developed by passage of toner/carrier from a bucket conveyer 32 and chute 23 through a development zone between the surface of the drum and a transversely oscillating development electrode 24 connected to electrically biasing means 26 and having pins 25 of insulative or conductive material. The pins may be in staggered rows.
