Abstract

Securing against loss.-To guard against the loss of a screw or bolt, particularly for securing the distributor block of a magneto-electric machine, a wire c coiled on the screw lies in an enlarged opening d in a plate c and prevents the removal of the screw. In a modification, a spring ring lies in a groove in the plain shank b of the screw. The head of the screw is furnished with a slot g, a knurled portion h, and an angular portion f.
