Abstract
1,245,385. Signs. STUDIO H Ltd. 17 Feb., 1970, No. 7495/70. Heading G5C. In a nameplate or sign a sequence of raised characters have front faces 1, defining the shape of the characters, all lying in the same plane. To give the impression of greater depth each section of the characters has a side face, on the left as illustrated, generally perpendicular to the front face and an inclined side face on the right leading rearwards from the front face to the perpendicular side face of the next section or character. The characters may be produced singly and butt-jointed together, alternatively all or part of the sequence may be moulded in one piece.
