Abstract
1,245,158. Ni-Cr-Co alloys. INTERNATIONAL NICKEL Ltd. Dec. 15, 1969 [Dec. 13, 1968], No. 59479/68. Heading C7A. An alloy comprises:- and Mg/Ca typically 0À01 - 0À02%, the balance, apart from impurities such as Ta up to 1/10 th of the Nb and incidental elements, being Ni in an amount of at least 19À25%: and is so proportioned that when Mo + W/2 is plotted against the Cr content on Fig. 1 the point falls within the area ABCDEFA and when the Co and Cr contents are plotted on Fig. 2 the point falls within the area MU<SP>1</SP> VPQM. Uses: - Cast hydrocarbon reformer tubes or glass fibre spinnerettes.
