1,243,419. Cloches. MARMAX HORTICULTURAL Ltd. 18 Aug., 1970 [30 May, 1969], No. 27651/69. Heading A1E. A cloche similar to that described in Specification 991,580 having a top surface of translucent or transparent plastics perforated by circular holes of between 3/16 and “ inch diameter or holes of equivalent area distributed to allow rainwater to penetrate and form an even distribution of moisture on the underside of the top surface. The cloches may consist of flat or corrugated plastics sheets bent to fit into generally semi-circular wire frame having inner and outer arches joined at each end and with wire extensions at the ends for fixing the frames to the ground.
