A clamp 3 for securing slotted struts 2A, 2B to a flanged mine arch 1 consists of a U- shaped member having a netch to embrace one flange 5B and aligned slots 7 in the limbs 6A, 6B to receive an attachment wedge 8A, 8B, the clamps being made of a single thickness of plate or from a channel section as shown.
