Abstract
1,122,471. Agricultural implements. MASSEY-FERGUSON-PERKINS Ltd. 7 June, 1966 [8 June, 1965], No. 24137/65. Heading A1B. A hitch frame 31 for connecting a plough 25 to a tractor 10 is provided with pins 34, 35 for connection to the upper and lower hitch links 16, 11 of the tractor and a pin 37 for connection to the plough, the pin 37 being spaced below and rearwardly of the pins 35. As shown the pins 34, 35 are mounted on an A-frame 33 and a pair of plates 36 fixed thereto provide a series of apertures for the pivot pin 37 on which is mounted a drawbar 30. the front end of the plough 25 is connected to a swivel post assembly 29 of the drawbar 30 which permits the plough to swivel about a vertical axis.
