Abstract

1,120,067. Bottle containers. SAFIPLAST S.A. FABBRICAZIONE IMBALLAGGI IN PLASTICA. 15 Sept., 1965 [16 Sept., 1964], No. 39418/65. Heading B8P. In a moulded plastics bottle container having a top wall with holes for the bottles, the bottom receiving cells are formed by bosses 7 having ribs 10-13 which may overlie other ribs 14-17. Beneath the junction of the ribs 14-17 is a recess 24 which accommodates the top of a bottle in a lower container, Fig. 10 (not shown). The bosses 7 are hollow to receive a projection (23) on the top of the lower container, Fig. 11 (not shown). Along the walls of the containers the bottles are supported by projections (21). Figs. 2 and 3 (not shown) which also serve to strengthen the container. There are drain holes 25 in the bottom and hand holes in the side walls.
