Abstract

A cooker pan-support is formed by a plurality of circumferentially spaced V-shaped rods 2 whose ends are bent and, either make a push fit, or are sealed with refractory cement into holes provided within a circular frame 1, the central burner area 3 being left clear. The circular frame is provided with three seating pads 4, which rest on the hot plate, and a locating peg 6, for orientating the frame 1 positively in relation to the burner head. An 18/8 chrome/nickel steel, with addition of manganese or molybdenum is used for the rods which are satin-matt finished.
