Abstract
A nickel base alloy comprises:- <TABS:1107958/C6-C7/1> the balance being nickel apart from incidental impurities with the following maximum allowable contents:- <TABS:1107958/C6-C7/2> After hot working the alloy may be solution treated at 2075 DEG F., water quenched, then heated successively to 1600 DEG F., 1800 DEG F., 1200 DEG F., and 1400 DEG F., each heating step being followed by air cooling.
