[Also in Divisions A4, A6 and B8] Jewellery comprises a number (more than 4) of identical modules (i.e. 3-dimensional articles having flat faces at least one pair of which are parallel to each other) which are interconnected by hinges, each along an edge of a face of the pair or pairs of parallel faces in such a manner that the hinges can never all be coplanar or parallel, and wherein at least two of the modules are each connected only to a single adjacent module. For instance, cubes hinged at 90 degrees to each other as shown in a string of 50 to 100 pieces and provided with means for connecting the first to the last constitute an ornamental necklace.
