Abstract

1,194,108. Box signs. P. B. N SSIL and B. A. HAKANSSON. 17 Sept., 1968 [18 Sept., 1967], No. 44212/68. Heading G5C. A box sign is formed from two matching halves 1, 2, illuminated internally (e.g. by by tubular lamps X), and supported by a central tube 8, which passes through apertures 7 in the box sides. Apertures 7 are outwardly flanged, as at 11, 12, and the flanges held in clamps 13-15, 18, 20, of which 20 is pivotable. The halves may have meeting flanges 3, 4 provided with integral holding-channels 5. Tube 8 is supported by a wall-mount 9.
