[Also in Division D1] Water is fed to a dishwashing or other washing machine via a box 12 affixed externally to the machine wall 14 and having a water inlet duct 10 from which water impinges on a sloping wall 20 of the box 12 to be diverted on to and thrust open a door 15 at an inlet opening to the washing chamber, the box 12 having an opening or openings 13 providing communication between the box interior and the atmosphere.
