Abstract

1,185,466. Cartons. SHIRLEY & WARBEY BOX CO. Ltd. 25 Sept., 1967 [26 Sept., 1966], No. 42856/66. Heading B8P. A collapsible carton of the kind having wall panels 1-4 joined one to the next by lines of weakening and formed into a flattened tube is characterized in that one of the wall panels 10 is provided with a window 11 filled with a layer of stretchable or heat shrinkable film 14 whereby parts of the contained object in the carton can project through the window 11 and be covered by the same film. As shown the wall panel with the window overlies one of the other wall panels a separate compartment being provided, so that for example a brush may be contained in the compartment, the carton containing a tube of cream.
