1,183,799. Clocks. K. DIEHL. Dec.17, 1968 [Jan. 10, 1968], No. 59901/68. Heading G3T. A clock case has a frame 1 having means for mounting a support plate 4 or 12 for the clock mechanism 6, a dial 9 Fig. 1 (not shown) or 13, and a transparent cover 8 or 15, the mounting means being so arranged that the front of the clock may be at either side of the frame 1. In a further embodiment the support for the clock mechanism is fanshaped and has a flange forming an annular dial to which a glass cover-plate is secured by screws the heads of which serve as hour marks.
