Abstract

1,173,721. Roof purlin. CONDER INTERNATIONAL Ltd. 6 May, 1968, No. 21268/68. Heading E1K. The roof purlin of the parent Specification is modified in that whilst the lips of the respective flanges extend from the same sides of the purlin section, either the flanges are not parallel with each other or the lips are not parallel with each other, or neither the flanges nor the lips are parallel with each other. In the exemplified embodiment the lower lip L 2 projects away from the web W at an angle of about 45‹ to the lower flange F 2 . The upper lip L 1 is parallel and the flanges F 1 , F 2 , at right angles to the web W.
