1,173,420. Ceiling. M. STRACKE and R. MEIXNER. 14 Nov., 1966 [12 Nov., 1965], No. 35415/69. Divided out of 1,170,103. Heading E1W. A ceiling is made by assembling and forming a lower ceiling layer which has continuous or intersecting grooves 17 from components 16 of foamed plastics, expanded clay or aerated concrete which have grooves in their upper surfaces, supporting this layer on removable supports 15 with the edges against wall 14 which has grooves 5 and hollow bore 2. Concrete is poured into the bore, and grooves and on the surface of the ceiling layer and allowed to set after which the supports 15 are removed. Reinforcing rods 18, mesh 19 and/or cages may be used.
