Heading F2P] A layer 2 of moisture impervious material formed from metallic foil, e.g. a helically or longitudinally applied aluminium tape 2 coated on one or both sides with polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene, is disposed between tubular members 1, 4 of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene; the member 4, which may be extruded, is bonded to one or both members and covers the outer surface of the inner member 1.
