Abstract

1,156,601. Endless conveyers. W. ANGLISS & CO. (AUSTRALIA) PROPRIETARY Ltd. 25 Jan., 1967 [26 Jan., 1966], No. 3781/67. Heading B8A. [Also in Division D1] A conveyer arrangement consisting of two endless conveyers 8, 13 causes fleece discharged from a de-wooling machine to be turned the right way up for subsequent skirtings. The first conveyer 8 has a first upwardly moving portion and a second downwardly moving portion at an obtuse angle to the first portion, the second conveyer 13 being driven synchronously with the first conveyer and being so spaced from the delivery end of the first conveyer that at transfer position 12 the fleece falls downwardly on to conveyer 13 and is inverted automatically. A third conveyer removes fleece skirted by operator 11 upwardly from the lower end of conveyer 13 to a collecting truck 17.
