1,140,499. Aircraft gangways. AVIOLANDA MAATSCHAPPIJ VOOR VLIEGTUIGBOUW N.V. 18 Dec., 1967 [20 Dec., 1966], No. 57343/67. Heading B7J. An aircraft gangway 1 comprises an end structure 2 supporting a flexible cord part rectangular frame mouth 21 covered by foam rubber 22 and a cloth hood 24, the frame and carrying arms 11, 14 being pivoted at 10 to a fixed floor portion 3 having foam rubbers 8, 9. A floor portion 4 is pivoted at 5 to the portion 3, and jacks 12, 15 and links 19, 20 adjustably press the flexible mouth 21 against an aircraft fuselage (not shown).
