Abstract

A medicament which is intended to be administered by injection, especially by intravenous injection, comprises a sterile solution of acetyl salicylic acid in an aqueous solution of sodium glycerophosphate or of 2-amino-2-methoxy-1, 3-propane diol. The medicament may be in the form of a double-ampoule, one ampoule containing the sterile acetylsalicylic acid in powdered form, and the other ampoule containing the appropriate volume of sterile solvent.
