In a double-ended clothes peg comprising two links provided with interengaging portions 3, 4, forming two articulated joints and held together by a tension spring 2, the grooves and projections 3, 4 are curved in the plane of interengagement of the faces of the limbs I to prevent the limbs 1 twisting relative to each other about an axis coaxial with the tension spring 2 when one end of the peg is clamped.
