The subject matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification No. 1,020,387 but the claims are concerned with a valve assembly. The valve assembly controls a pneumatic cylinder producing reciprocation of the feeding jaw, and the automatic opening and closing of the feeding and clamping jaws.
