Abstract
1,016,140. Colour television tubes. RADIO CORPORATION OF AMERICA. June 20, 1963 [July 6, 1962], No. 24586/63. Heading H1D. The tubular focus electrodes 29 of a threegun shadow-mask colour television tube are mounted on insulator support rods 32 by means of straps 34 of magnetic material which form, in conjunction with magnets 94, the lateral, dynamic or static, beam convergence system of the tube. The magnets 94 may be either or both, permanently magnetized or electromagnetized.
