Abstract

1,004,026. Handles for cases. PHILIPS ELECTRONIC & ASSOCIATED INDUSTRIES Ltd. May 15, 1964, No. 20334/64. Heading A4G. A U-handle 2 is pivoted intermediate the length of its limbs to a plunger 4 passing through case wall openings and pulled flat or the wall by springs 6 around the plungers and ir compression between the wall and a circlip 8, where by, on pulling the handle upwards it pivotally slides on the wall about a curved lower corner of the limb and is then locked upright by the flat end 10 abutting the wall under spring compression.
