A rotatable combined display and ripening device for fruit comprises a central stem 1 with four vertical metal rods 2 having at intervals metal rings 3 forming the hubs of mesh trays 4 and a top 7, surrounded by a canopy 8 of flexible transparent material provided with access openings 9 above each tray closed by a flap 10, the stem 1 containing a heating element 11 and a lamp 12. To provide a moist atmosphere an open topped container for water is located within stem 1. Advertising or informative matter is displayed on a board 14.
