Abstract

1,097,105. Laminates. GLAS-UND SPIEGELMANUFAKTUR N. KINON G.m.b.H. April 13, 1965 [April 14, 1964], No. 15645/65. Heading B5N. [Also in Division H5] A method of making an electrically heated transparent laminate comprises applying current supply leads along opposite edges of a lamina, winding an electrical resistance wire helically around the lamina and the current supply leads to form a grid of straight parallel wires on one surface of the lamina electrically connecting the supply leads and bonding said one surface of the lamina by an intermediate plastics layer to at least one further lamina for completing the laminate. The preferred laminate comprises two sheets of glass.
