Abstract
1,083,048. Vehicle axles. BRODERNA FORSS A.B. July 6, 1965 [July 14, 1964], No. 28550/65. Heading B7D. [Also in Division F2] A vehicle axle 1 resiliently suspended from the vehicle frame 10 and carrying pneumatic servomotors 3 linked to drum brakes 9 includes a hollow portion forming a compressedair reservoir connected to the motors 3 through rigid conduits 4 and a connector 5. The axle 1 is formed from tube or two U-sections joined together and closed by welded-on journal members 2.
