Abstract

1,078,152. Shelving. A. J. BJERKE. Jan. 29, 1965 [Jan. 31, 1964], No. 4121/65. Heading A4B. A shelf 1 with holes 3 in its upper surface is fitted with angularly positionable vertical partitions 5 secured to rods having oppositely projecting ends 4 which pivotally engage in selected holes 3. The partition 5 comprises a plate having portions 6, 6<SP>1</SP> bent at right angles. A separate stop pin 7 with a cross-piece 8 engages a hole 3 to limit rotation of the partition. In an alternative embodiment (Fig. 3), the partition comprises a rectangular wire hoop formed with a pair of depending pins which engage the holes 3.
