Abstract
Stable aqueous solutions of enzymes of microbiological origin, e.g. amylase or protease, and at least 50% by weight of a sugar alcohol, e.g. sorbitol, mannitol, dulcitol or arabitol, a sugar, e.g. glucose, xylose, mannose, fructose, sorbose or sucrose, or glycerol.
