Abstract

Currycombs.-A toothed knocker-bar for a curry comb is made of a sheet-metal strip A toothed along one edge and attached to a light section iron or steel bar B face to face. The bar B may be flat, as shown in Fig. 1, or of angle section, as shown in Fig. 7. The end parts 1 are shaped and secured to the back plate C by rivets 5 and bent under parts 7, 8, or 11.
