Abstract
A golf ball teeing device comprises a magazine of tubular or channel form for the balls detachably mounted on a horizontal support so as to be slightly inclined to the horizontal, the support also mounting a tee, and a stop mechanism adjacent the outlet of the magazine, the stop being operable by the player's foot or club to allow balls to exit from the magazine singly, and to roll along a track on the support to the tee. The horizontal support surface may be provided with spikes for insertion into the ground. The stop comprises a pair of parts arranged so that one part is normally located to prevent flow of balls from the magazine and when moved to allow flow of a first ball along the track the second part is moved to a position behind the first ball and prevents subsequent balls moving, return of the parts allowing the second ball to move up to a position against the first part ready for a repeat operation.
