Abstract

Double-faced terry fabric has two pile warps, one fed at a higher rate than the other to form higher loops, the fabric being given a relief pattern by interchanging the pile warps from one face of the fabric to the other, so that when high loops are being formed on one face, low loops are formed on the other.
