Abstract

New compounds of the tautomeric formulae <FORM:1059034/C2/1> <FORM:1059034/C2/2> where R is alkyl (1-4 C) and ring X bears one or more halogens and optionally alkyl (1-4 C) and nitro radicals, are prepared by reacting o-(R.CO)-anilines with phenyl isocyanates.ALSO:Pharmaceutical compositions comprise, with diluents or carriers, new urea derivatives of tautomeric formulae <FORM:1059034/A5-A6/1> and <FORM:1059034/A5-A6/2> where R is alkyl (1-4 C) and ring X bears one or more halogens and optionally alkyl (1-4 C) or nitro radicals. Conventional oral and parenteral preparations for oral and parenteral administration is allergic and inflammatory conditions are described. Additional active ingredients specified are acetylsalicylic acid, phenylbutazone, cortisone and hydrocortisone.
