Abstract
1,051,865. Tape measures. ETABLISSEMENTS QUENOT &CIE, S.A.R.L. April 1, 1964 [Feb.25, 1964], No.13361/64. Heading G1M. A casing for a tape measure has a top section 1 and a bottom section 2 joined together by a bead 3 which forms the peripheral wall of the casing, the edges of the top and bottom sections projecting into grooves 4 and 5 of the bead 3. The bead 3 may extend partially across the width of the casing Fig. 2, (not shown), or totally as in Fig. 1. The casing may be constructed of metal or plastics material.
