Abstract

Cispolybutadiene latex is mixed with the latex of another rubber, preferably natural rubber or styrene butadiene rubber, the dispersion is coagulated and dried and the resulting mass is milled with compounding ingredients for rubber, whereby a better dispersion of the ingredients in the cispolybutadiene is made. The process is particularly applicable to the incorporation of HAF or ISAF black in cispolybutadiene.
