Abstract

1,045,891. Dispensing liquids by gaseous pressure. L'OREAL. Jan. 3, 1964 [Jan. 7, 1963], No. 420/64. Heading F1R. A pressurized liquid dispensing container 1 has a cylindrical portion 3 provided with flange portions 4, 5 for making a bayonet joint connection with support means. As shown in Fig. 2 the support means 10 is on a trigger 8 pivoted on a body 6 which also carries a sealing boss 18, a nozzle 15 and a tube 16 so that when the trigger 8 is operated the container valve is opened and the contents are discharged through the nozzle 15. In another embodiment the action of securing the bayonet joint opens the container valve. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 9 a pair of containers is secured to a block 24 and the containers are connected to a single outlet valve in the portion 25 which has the bayonet fitting for securing the pair to the support 10.
