1,044,475. Trim and sealing strips. DRAFTEX Ltd. June 4, 1965 [June 4, 1964], No. 23268/64. Headings E1J and E1R. A trim or sealing strip as described and claimed in Specification 1,015,728 carries a woven fabric covering 4 which is turned inwardly along its longitudinal edges into the interior of the clip, to cover as shown, the gripping lips 3 or falling short thereof, so that the lips grip the supporting flange indirectly or directly respectively and from rubber or foam plastic 6 is interposed where necessary between the skin 2 covering the metal clip 1 and the woven covering 4, and may be thicker in some part than the other so form a buffer type sealing strip; e.g. for a car door.
