Abstract

Figure pour l’abrégé : FIGURE 1The invention relates to a method for monitoring a biochemical microneedle sensor (2) removably connected to a housing (9), the housing (9) comprising a control unit (7), the sensor (2) comprising several microneedles inserted into the skin of a user to be in contact with an interstitial liquid in which an analyte is located, the microneedles constituting electrodes for measuring the concentration of the analyte, at least one microneedle constituting a working electrode of the sensor (2), the working electrode being covered with a reactive material capable of reacting with the analyte, the method comprising the following steps implemented by the control unit (7): - supplying the microneedle sensor (2) with a sinusoidal excitation voltage having an average value which corresponds to a bias voltage specific to the sensor (2) for measuring the analyte; - determination, during the supply of the sensor (2) of a first impedance linked to the insertion of the electrodes into the skin and to the sensor (2).
