Conformément à l’invention, le générateur comprend un châssis mobile (CM) supportant l’unité de condensation réversible et l’unité d’évaporation-soufflage montées côte-à-côte et l’unité d’évaporation-soufflage comprend un évaporateur (EV), un plénum de soufflage (PS) et des moyens de protection contre les intempéries climatiques (CS), le plénum de soufflage comprenant au moins une buse de soufflage de longue portée (BS1, BS2).
