Abstract

Appareil de préparation d’une boisson infusée comprenant un récipient, un socle supportant le récipient et une pompe d’air. Le récipient comprend un corps, un couvercle et un panier à infusion placé dans le corps et relié au couvercle de manière étanche et amovible, le panier à infusion étant muni d’un tuyau de liquide s’étendant vers un fond du corps de sorte que le panier à infusion est en communication avec le corps. La pompe d’air est agencée dans le corps et/ou le socle et comprend une pompe d’aspiration d’air et une pompe d’évacuation d’air qui sont aptes à communiquer avec le panier à infusion. Grâce à la pompe d’air qui peut fonctionner dans un mode d’aspiration d’air et un mode d’évacuation d’air, le liquide dans le corps est aspiré dans le panier à infusion et une fois l’infusion terminée, la boisson infusée est évacuée du panier à infusion au corps.
