Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé d’évaluation d’exercices physiques (100), ledit procédé (100) comprenant au moins une itération de chacune des étapes suivantes : envoi (102) d’une commande d’activation, par un unique dispositif, dit maître, à un dispositif, dit de captation,transmission (106) d’au moins une donnée de synchronisation par un dispositif, dit de synchronisation, distinct dudit dispositif maître, audit dispositif de captation activé,captation (108) d’au moins une donnée relative à l’évaluation d’un exercice physique, par ledit dispositif de captation activé, ettransmission (110) de ladite au moins une donnée relative à l’évaluation d’un exercice audit dispositif maître par ledit dispositif de captation activé ; caractérisé en ce que, pour chaque dispositif de captation activé, l’étape de transmission (106) d’au moins une donnée de synchronisation est réalisée uniquement en réponse d’une requête émise par le dispositif de captation activé. Elle concerne également un système d’évaluation d’exercices physiques.
