Dispositif assurant pendant une durée limitée et/ou sur une zone géographique définie, la diffusion d’une signalisation visuelle clairement identifiable par les autres usagers de la voie publique ou privée pour prévenir de la présence de l’utilisateur quel que soit son mode de déplacement et/ou du caractère urgent du dit déplacement. L’usage de l’invention est strictement limité à des situations réelles d’urgence ou de nécessité de visibilité en zones à risque.
