Abstract

Système, procédé et ensemble pour la culture cellulaire La présente invention concerne un système (10, 20, 30) de culture cellulaire comprenant un premier élément (11a, 21a, 31a) comprenant au moins une ouverture (12, 22, 32) en partie basse, une membrane (13, 23, 33) de diffusion d’un gaz dans un liquide (15, 25, 35) par dissolution, la membrane étant disposée de manière à couvrir l’au moins une ouverture (12, 22, 32) du premier élément, le premier élément (11a, 21a, 31a) et la membrane (13, 23, 33) étant configurés pour former un récipient (14, 24) apte à retenir un liquide (15, 25, 35), une enceinte (16a, 26, 36) apte à retenir un volume de gaz (16b) et disposée de manière à ce que le volume de gaz puisse diffuser dans le liquide (15, 25, 35) par l’intermédiaire de la membrane (13, 23, 33), et un organe d’entraînement (17, 27, 37) du récipient, le récipient (14, 24) étant incliné de manière à ce que l’axe A forme un angle α non nul inférieur ou égal à 30° par rapport à la direction verticale (18, 28, 38). La présente invention concerne également un procédé utilisant un système de l’invention et un ensemble comprenant un système de l’invention et un liquide comprenant une espèce à cultiver.
